Louisiana Legislature Passes Law to Allow Killing Carjackers

Legislators there passed a law allowing those who use lethal force against those they reasonably believe are attempting to take their car by force.
whats your thoughs about this?
I think its a great Ideal I feel we should rid the real from as much of this trash as posible.

Absolutely. Anybody caught doing something they shouldn't should be shot, period. I'm particularly a fan of what third world countries do to accused rapists. They'll strip the rapist down, and have the rape victim beat them down to a bloody mess in public.

Although I believe in it. There has to be limitations. What would be considered force? Will victims life have to be in danger? Young teens and drug addicts are the majority offenders in car jackings. And I don't think it would be ok to shoot a kid if he is not puting my life or the life of someone else in danger. Although once you kill a few of them it will more than likely come to a halt (car jacking). But Someone on the infulence of drugs or a young teenager should not be killed for car jacking someone. Unless they are a threat to the persons life, which current laws already support. I voted undecided because I am going to read up on this and see what the details are.

if a young teen tried to take my car i'd just beat his ass cause hes little, if he pulled a gun then i'd get out and as soon as he looked away i'd shoot him in the head with my gun. unless the dude is like 10 years old. then i'd shoot him in the leg or something.. haha jk...kinda

hell yes, i don't care who it is or how old or even if they were a real threat, this is a good way of natural selection to work it's magic ... kick the retarded junkies plus whoever else feels like it's okay to just take something off the planet
