OK i have a wierd question/problem. First i have NO issues with loading anything on the phone. My WEBJAL works fine I can add new wallpaper and new ringers and new JAVA apps at will. I have recently changed out some of the start-up screens, and I added an older version of the status light until my PAID for one is sent to me, along with loading an alarm clock. Every thing is running ok minus the fact that some of the start ups are slow or not completeing all the way(the girl lifting her shirt never gets it all the way up :aw: ). My problem is that now when i push my speaker button it no longer tells me that the DC speaker is now off/on. I can push the button then close the lid or switch screens and the icon in the top will change and Ii can cut the speaker on and off. But it is not telling me like it is supposed to. Has anyone ever run into this problem? If you have did you fix it and how, did you fix it? I have a few thoughts on trying but i thought i would try here first. Maybe reloading the factory software?
Also is it common when loading start up screens for them all not to show up in the wall paper menu? i loaded 5 and 2 show up the other 3 work but arent listed.
Thanks in advance.

1. never had that problem, sorry.
2. if the phone has more than 16 papers installed, it will not show on the screen. it only shows 16, including the oem ones

I only show 8 when i go to the wallpaper menu...but i know for sure that i have loaded up 5 new start up screens/shut down screens. I dont know. i will mess with it a bit tomorrow and next week...maybe load the oem software and start back at square one. I didnt have this problem until the status lige was installed...so maybe the free one i got was bad???? who knows but thanks

Makes sence....since the ones not showing up are the larger files. I might try to replace them with still pictures and see what happens. I need a laptop here at work so i can do all this while i sit here at this workstation

Ok i found the problem...i had the start up picture where the girl lifted her shirt....well i think that the file is corrupted....after I took the file off my phone everything started to work like it is supposed to...thanks to everyone who tried to help.
