i have a e815 and i wanna change the esn on it can someone tell me what and how to do it. PLEASE HELP:aw:

This is EXACTLY what you need to do if you are wanting to flash your E815!!

First off, you MUST be running Windows XP Service Pack 2!!!

Read entire message before continuing!!!

Buy a USB Cable for the Motorola E815 on ebay or where ever!
I recommend buying the Motorola OEM USB Cable SKN6311.
(Just in case you make a mistake and hose your phone, you will
be able to recover it with the SKN6311 usb cable.)

Go to my website at www.3denvy.com/joshcross , there you will find every thing
you need. You will only be using the "E815 Drivers.zip" file (on my site)
download and extract it, "8720_01.17.03.zip" file or "8720_01.1E.00.zip" file
(depending on which flash you are wanting)(on my site) download and extract
it, and the "PST 7.2.3 with Patch.zip" file(on my site) download and extract it.

Now, install PST (if you receive an error just click OK and keep going) Restart
computer. Go back to PST folder and run the Patch File (direct patch to where
you saved PST program and file will be there, do this for all 6 files).

Now, connect your phone via usb, install modem driver that pops up to "install
new hardware" (use "E815 Drivers" folder for E815 driver).

Now, connect your phone via usb, open PST phone programmer, install drivers as
that pop up to "install new hardware" (use "E815 Drivers" folder for E815
drivers). Once all drivers are successfully installed disconnect phone via usb,
close PST, restart computer.

Now, connect phone via usb, open PST Flash & Test Commands. Install anymore
drivers that pop up to "install new hardware". Click "browse" and navigate to
where ever you have the flash file stored and select it. In the bottom of the
window you will see your phone displayed as "motorola P2K", select it. Your
phone is now in bootloader mode. Make sure you have enought battery to last
at least 10 minutes and that nothing will bump the usb cable to disconnect it.
Click "Flash", which is located directly below the "browse" button. Sit back
and let the flash run. Wait until a message pops up and asks you if you want to
"flash another phone", click No. Power cycle your phone.

You will have to do all of the seem edits again after this flash to get your
features back.

And there you go! Your phone has just been flashed!
