Jeff, on the new IE 7, The tools button is on the left side, and it is a drop down. Go to Internet Options, and under general there is a clear history button that clears everything, history, cookies, documents, etc. I think you can choose what to delete in the next screen.

Is that the hacked IE7 you were talking about? Cuz mine has file, view, edit, etc at the top. And to turn on the buttons, you would go to View-->Toolbars-->Menu Bar, and it would add that tools button. You may need to reinstall IE if you can't find it, or there should also be a place that google saves the cookies on your computer on your hard drive. Find that place and just delete all of them. If you use the Google toolbar, it would prolly be under the google toolbar portion of your Hard Drive.
