i730 speaker button problem

When I hit the speaker button on top of my i730, it doesn't display speaker on or off. If I open the flip I can see the pic that shows if I change it. Any idea what the prob is?

AM housing installed a month ago. Added ringtones and stat light(not on). Everything works (speaker has been harder to hear since I got it 7mo ago)

A lot of times when u change the housing on a 730 the speaker will not sound as good if u did not take it out carefully. As far as teh other prob I will look inot it and get back to you bro.
