Please note, this was written months ago by me for Ideninsider, alot has changed since then so please follow these new steps to make sure you get wut you need. This only works on I90 software 76.01.01 and 76.01.02 along with the I95 on 85.01.00 and 85.01.01 anything higher than listed requires the use of the NEW RSS CARRIER .04 edition, along with Nexvisions Patcher, that can be found by searching on www.nextelmodz.com now follow directions as noted below.
First download and install both the Hex Editor, and Rss Carrier, after carrier is finished your going to need to reboot. Do so.

Hook up your data cable, and your phone to the cable, open up RSS Carrier and goto file, then READ PHONE. its then gonna switch the phone to RSS MODE and read the codeplug, once its finished you will see codeplug1 in the carrier window, click SAVE and save it on your desktop, whatever you wanna name it is up to you.
Then you close codeplug1 (default name, yours may be different) in carrier and minimize it, on your desktop you will see the file, right click on it and click HEX EDIT. Then press the CONTROL button on your keyboard CTRL and G and punch in 14a0 and you will see this, but please note the XX's don't matter just leave them alone!
DISABLED: 000014a0: xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx 50 xx xx xx xx xx
ENABLED: 000014a0: xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx 4c xx xx xx xx xx
You should see a 50 in that same spot, all you need to do is change it to 4c, then click SAVE AS and save it as hacked.dbf then close the hex editor, its going to ask if you wanna save changes made to the original file u edited, say no and continue on.
Now you should allready have carrier open, phone still hooked up and in RSS Mode, so now all you have to do is goto file, open, then open the hacked.dbf it will pop up, click file, WRITE TO PHONE it will write it, say complete and reset your phone *note it won't always reset, so if it doesnt disconnect from the cable AFTER The process has completed and just press power on the phone* then after it resets, all you need to do is either call it, or goto the setup screen and choose a midi ringer, it should auto preview and u will see the lights bling to the midi. Then close RSS and your all set.
*Note this will only work on I90's with 76.01.01 or higher software version, and on I95 with 85.01.00 or higher, if you have 85.00.00 then you gotta upgrade to 85.01.01 then downgrade to 85.01.00 (only if you want to add ring tones n wallpapers)
