u cant change the palets or anything in ur Cp you can downgrade but that const money $20 i think i dont go it but its well worth it u need 19/19 to chande ur cp

when i edited the codeplug to be white back-white HL-red text
l2322: 7B CD A0, it didnt show up right, everything showed up white. what could it be? what i am trying to do is change the the highlight and text on the steel palette to black highlight and red text. is this possible and if so, how?

Yes....you need to change the values using a hex editor.

Your cp needs to rolled back. I believe you need 1a.

i can do palletes with 1a cp :D
