Custom Panels

I was wondering if anyone here knows how to make custom panels.Im looking for a unique panel but i want a specific picture on it.I dont know how to do it so im asking if anyone can.If you can do this show me examples of what you did and ill send my panels to you and pay you to do it obviously.

Eko i think this is another great idea for selling things on your site...Custom Panels...i think a lot of people would be into it...I know i would...But if you could make custom panels as of right now Please let me know....I am definately interested.....
