i hadnt seen this question asked before when i searched, and i was wondering...
i just "acquired" an i730 from a mutual business partner...thing is, he was REALLY shady...it still has an active sim card in it...havent experienced that one before off of ebay, if ya know what i mean...if I put my sim card into the phone, will it still be able to track GPS from the phone if tracked by the other number thats on the current sim inside the phone? basically, if someone sold me a stolen phone, would i be responsible? kind of a moral question, eh?
