Dear TeleNav Fans:
Motorola has released upgraded firmware for the
1. i730, i733, i736 (new firmware version R0A.00.09) and,
2. i830 (new firmware version R2B.00.03)
to correct the GPS problem that surfaced at midnight UTC on July 18th.
Nextel or TeleNav will credit your TeleNav account for time lost since July 18th.
** You do not need to take any action to receive this credit.

You have two options to upgrade your phone:
1. Upgrade it yourself using your Windows PC with Motorola USB cable NKN6559
a. If you do not have the cable, you can get one at no cost.

b. To download the upgrade to your PC, follow the link above,
and find the embedded link “Click here to download the GPS
upgrade utility”
c. Install the firmware (takes about 15 minutes) from your PC
to your phone using the cable and the PDF instructions found
using the link shown above. When you do the upgrade, select the
option that reinstalls the Java Applications, including TeleNav.

2. Take your phone to a Nextel Authorized Service Center
a. To find the service center using your ZIP code,

The following is applicable to i730, i733 and i736 only:
1. Before you install TeleNav within Java Apps, we suggest you
click the UPGRADE TELENAV tab on the TeleNav homepage and follow the steps.
This will guide you through removing the original TeleNav 2.2 release,
and replacing it with the improved v2.2.05 release that has simpler menus,
and quicker route loading.
2. Then, click the SETUP TELENAV tab on the TeleNav home page,
and perform "Step 4: Run TeleNav First Time"
If you encounter problems upgrading TeleNav, call 88-TeleNav-4.

This Will erase all java apps u have!!!!!!! Must Press With Default Java Apps, that will put ur defaults in other will put no Java Apps in along with Download.
