How do you send pics to another phone?

I have a 700wx with sprint service and cant figer out haw to sent a pic to another phone. Could anyone help?

Beam Picture
Save
Edit
Properties
Options

none of these help lol

1. Press Start and select Pictures & Videos.
2. Highlight the picture or video you want to send.
3. Press Menu (right softkey) and select Send.
4. Select the email account(MMS/Text Message) you want to use to send the picture or video.
5. Address and send the message.
